Hey there! I’m Shannon Carlton, a proud mom of two almost-grown daughters.

Recently, I sold my my first business that I built from scratch five years ago. During those 5 amazing years, owning a coworking space, I wrote my first book about creating Business Vision. I also spent much of my time coaching small businesses on clarity and best practices.

After I sold my business, I lived my travel dreams. When my youngest headed off to college, I took a massive leap of faith, sold my beloved home of 24 years, and embarked on a solo travel adventure. 

At the same time that I explored this great country of our, I spent the year helping several small businesses with their operations. 

Now that I’m back home in Florida, I’m all about helping small businesses thrive by helping them create operational success.
